Our Customer Service Representatives can assist customers with orders, receipts, tracking information, owner’s manuals, manufacturer contact information, and they can also create Customer Support Cases for additional issues. Customer Support Cases are created when customers have needs for help or information after the sale, for issues like improper fit, shipping damage, installation assistance, and warranty issues. Many of these will require photos of the installation or damage in order for us to be of full assistance.
